Having worked in medical & international sales for more than 20 years, Ed fulfilled a lifetime ambition and founded New Vision Healthcare in 2014. He is focused on delivering surgical products that support the clinical activities of muscular skeletal clinicians throughout Ireland.
Niamh Cherry
Marketing Director
Key Interest: Horticulture & Mountain biking
While running her own company, designing and installing gardens Niamh supported the early activities of New Vision Healthcare, joining full time in 2016.
Niamh is responsible for the development of our retail and wholesale activities. and is currently overseeing our Brexit implementation strategy
Roy Brennan
Orthopaedics & Sports Med Clinical Support & Business Development
Key Interest: All things sport
Roy represented Cavan at all levels in Gaelic football and brings a wealth of clinical experience to the team. He successfully ran his own physical and athletic therapy clinic in Dublin for over 15 years and has professional affiliations and previous board membership accreditations.
Zara Elkinson

Key interest: Pilates & CrossFit
Zara is a qualified Pilates instructor and has a particular interest in physiology and anatomy. She joined the team in November 2018; Zara supports the sales and marketing team and ensures that products are available for sale and delivered to customers.
Deirdre Joynt

Key interest: Athletics & Choir
Deirdre joined the team in April 2018 and is responsible for accounts, credit control Deirdre brings with her a wealth of experience having worked in a similar role for Merck Sharp & Dohme
Donal Hegarty
Women’s Health & Orthopaedic Bracing Product Specialists
Key interest: Gaelic football & hurling. County medal finalist, Donal is a stalwart at St. Finbarr’s in Cork where he continues to coach and plays an active role in the club. Donal joined the team in March 2021. With over 10 years’ experience working with women’s health physiotherapists, hospitals and pharmacies nationwide, Donal brings a wealth of knowledge in TENS, EMS and therapeutic treatments.
