Cold Therapy
The proven RICE protocol: Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation is key for treating sprains and strains.

- How mailable and temperature controlled are the cold pack before application: This is a key element to patient out-comes and safety.

Freezsnow
Allows for the longer use of cold therapy without the risk of frost bite. “Freezsnow cold packs have a temperature of between 0°C and 5°C when placed on the skin even after being in the freezer for more than 4 hours. Other products have a wider temperature range from -10°C to 10°C, which may cause skin burns and patient discomfort.”
Offered with compression braces that can be used with or without Freezsnow as part of the RICE protocol.

Osteotron
Uses LIPUS Ultrasound as a bone growth stimulator. We provide a rental service for an Osteotron IV to the HSE and private patients. The Ostertron provides sound pressure stimulation using LIPUS (Low Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound) system, which accelerates the formation and union of fractured bone and promoting rapid recovery.
The OSTEOTRON IV enables treatment of multiple areas and provides effective therapy to fresh fractures, delayed unions and non-unions.
